The Room
The room is very spacious and comes with a
double bed (brand new mattress) sofa chair, wardrobe and loads of natural light.
The House
The house is semi detached located near battersea rise, it also has a outside veranda.
The Money
The rent is £1300 a month, then all the bills are included. If you have a car then parking permits are available to apply for.
The Roomate
You'll be sharing all facilities pictured (kitchen/bathroom etc) with one other female who works full time
