🏠 The house is modern, spread over three floors, well kept to good standard. It comprises a very large kitchen/diner with modern appliances including a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a 4 seats dining table; a full bathroom on the ground floor, another one on the top floor and an extra separate toilet with hand-wash basin on the 1st floor.

🛌 The bedroom is a good size double bedroom furnished (option for partly furnished tbd). It features a really nice and modern large built-in wardrobe.

📍The location is amazing, in a quiet residential road by 7 min walk to Clapham Junction station and parking at the front door. By 2 mins walk to a local Tesco and quite few other shops. A few gyms and many pubs/restaurants are also by a short walking distance.

The flatmates are 2 ladies and one guy, all professionals, polite and sociable, but also very respectful to each other spaces.

💰Bills are included (Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Wi-Fi, etc.) EXCEPT GAS, which we charge a FIXED AMOUNT of £45 per month.

🧽🧹Cleaning services (for the communal areas) are included in the rent on a fortnightly basis.
