The House:
This is a fantastic Victorian house, with a modern open plan living space on Home Road, SW11 3EZ.
There is a large open plan lounge/diner with sofas, a wall mounted TV, wooden flooring, modern lighting and a dining table and chairs that leads to a private rear sunny patio garden, that is not overlooked.
The kitchen is modern and fitted with a large American style fridge / freezer, a glass Hob, Washing Machine, separate Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher and Microwave.
The main bathroom, is tiled wall to floor has a thermostatically controlled shower, for a comfortable showering experience.
Bathroom ratio is 3-1, as two of the other rooms have en-suite bathrooms and do not use the main bathroom.
There is also high speed BT fibre broadband at the property, included FREE as standard.
Parking is plentiful and directly outside the house on the street.
To make the bills ALL INCLUSIVE, it is an additional £20 per week on top of the advertised rent.
