I have a beautiful medium double room, in this newly refurbished flat. Please note that the room is for single occupancy and not for couples, or room sharers - sorry.

We are looking for a considerate, easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy FEMALE to flat-share with the existing friendly and sociable females and to keep the current gender dynamic in the flat - that works well and preferred. The remaining 3 Tenants are aged between 22, 23 and 23, all working professionals wanting to live with another similarly minded flatmate.

FYI - Not looking to take on full time students for this share.

The Flat:

This truly amazing and modern designed flat, is situated In a 'Low-rise' 2-story block. The flat has central heating, double glazing with wooden and tiled floors throughout to give a clean and modern feel.

Very close to RCA Battersea, Imperial College, South Kensington, Kings Waterloo, Fosters, Chelsea and Westminster.

Clapham Junction station will take you anywhere in London you need to go and further. There are also fast buses (bus lanes) to Victoria, Vauxhall, Earls Court, Imperial Wharf, Fulham Broadway Tube Stations.
