Double Bedroom Available Short Term - Clapham

Looking to rent out the second bedroom in my 2 bed flat for short term (2 months) on St Johns Hill in Clapham Junction starting July 1st. (Can be a little flexible with dates)

You'd just be living with myself - I'm a 35 year old Canadian working in home design. Interests include workout classes, food & wine, going out with friends, fashion, travel etc. Preferably female, someone clean, respectful of the flat but definitely outgoing and social.

9 minute walk to Clapham Junction station. 3 minute walk to nearest bus stop. 6 minute walk to Northcote Road. Sainsburys across the street with M&S and Waitrose a short walking distance. It's a quite a nice area surrounded by fantastic cafe's, restaurants and pubs. Wandsworth Common and Spencer Park are also just around the corner.
