Room in a shared house inClapham junction

The room is in a great house near Clapham junction. It is a 4 bedrooms house with 1 bathroom, 1 toilet (So 2 in total), a shared living room and kitchen. There is also a garage which is really convenient for bicycles and a garden (with bbq!) at the back of the house.
There is also a cleaner coming every fortnight.

The room is furnished with a single bed (can be changed for a double easily as there is spare one in the garage), 2 wardrobes and night stand.

The house is less that 10 min walk from Clapham Junction station, whichi is great for commuting all over London, and you'll get to Northcote road with fantastic pubs/restaurants/shops in 5 min walk.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other guys in there mid 20~30, all friendly and enjoying sharing sometime in the living room.
