We are looking for friendly young professionals to share with us. The house is sociable and enjoy each others company but also have their own social groups. We need someone who is considerate to their fellow housemates.
Clean and tidy is a must!!!

We currently have a 2 rooms, one massive which could be a couple and one very large lovely bright big double bedroom on the first floor.
It’s next to the main bathroom .
It’s just off Battersea Rise and 5 minutes walk away from Clapham Junction train station. It is also 2 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants on the Northcote Road.

The house has 3 bathrooms and a very large bright fully fitted kitchen, dining room for 8 and sitting room. There is also a big private patio just off the kitchen, and a very large roof terrace at the top of the house.

One bedroom is just massive, the other is large both with double sized beds.

The house also has Virgin Media Business High Speed Fibre Optic Broadband. All elec/gas/water/council tax are paid for.

The room is available from 1st December 2024 is ideal for a couple who wants to live in a friendly, or single person also in a sociable house. The current tenants are all mid to late 20's and are a mixture of English, Australian, Scottish, and everyone is very friendly, hardworking and professional. They socialise together at weekends, but during the week they work hard and so it is NOT a party house.

Rent is £1275 and £1200 a month and that includes bills, internet and a cleaner twice a month.
