Description
A house of 4 sociable guys, looking for a like minded young professional to compliment our house and group. We have been in the house for over 5 years as we like both the property and area so much and are looking to continue our stay after one friend has moved in with his girlfriend.
We enjoy being active and getting out to the local parks, as well as spending time in the garden with the barbecue on. As a group we are just as happy chilling watching a series as we are heading out to the local pubs and bars.
We enjoy being sociable both midweek and at weekends, but we fully appreciate each others space and the house layout, split across three floors, allows for peace and quiet when needed.
We each have flexible work routines that combine working from home with going in to our respective offices in central London.
The area
St John’s Hill is an amazing area between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth with all the local amenities. There are great bars, restaurants, shops and parks – as well as river walks only 5 minutes away. The house is on a spacious and leafy one way, in a quiet spot off the main road. There are supermarkets, other shops and gyms all within a 5 minute walk.
Clapham Junction station is less than 10 min walk away with trains to Victoria and Waterloo every couple of minutes.

A double room on the first floor. The room comes furnished on request with a double bed, wardrobe and TV mounted on the wall. There is also an additional set of drawers on the landing outside the room.
The rent is £900 per month including bills. Bills include fast Virgin broadband, water, gas/electric and council tax.
