Wonderful large room in the best spot in Clapham

Hello Potential new housemate!

Unfortunately after a wonderful 3 years in this home I having to part ways for work purposes. Due to myself leaving this amazing house share in a Brillinat location, we now are able to offer up a very spacious double room for rent!

This rooftop room (only room on the 3rd level) comes fully furnished with plenty of character, privacy, light and space with a bathroom outside your door (Not en suite but close). It offers both space and great storage for some lucky person to call your own!

The house is 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & separate wc’s split over 3.5 floors so people are never on top of each other. We have a small but perfectly formed garden that gets great sun toward summer (almost here), a fully equipped large kitchen (dishwasher as well as washer and Dryer all included) and a really nice living room with seating & dining table… ! We are ideally looking for a guy to keep the balance in the house but are open to girls too if the fit is right.

Housemates (1 guys & 3 Girls) are all professional working in a variety of fields.

Owen (British) is in architecture, the cyclist of the house and the most chilled person you will meet.
Ellie (British) is a teacher, super cool and gets along with
everyone. Always up for drinks or a nice bbq.
Sarah (Australian) a physiotherapist in the medical field, is always up for an adventure around London or dance session.
Helen (British) is our newest addition and works in marketing. Althought a new housemate, she has been a good friend to the house for some time now and a total nerd we are discovering :), up for board games or a walk, some whiskey or a stranger things marathon.

Its a great group all around and I'll be sorry to go.

Its a social home (not a party house) but not intrusive place to live where we often cook house meals, play games or BBQ in the garden (when weather allows), at the same time being the size it is offers one that quiet should they want it. Its really just a great house to call home with good people and a great balance to it.

As an added bonus the rent also included a house cleaner who comes every fortnight and also kitchen amenities, (cleaning/washing tablets, oils and salts, toilet papers etc...)
