We are looking for a considerate, easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy FEMALE to house-share with the existing friendly and sociable females and to keep the current gender dynamic in the flat - that works well. The remaining Tenants are aged between 22 and 27, all working professionals wanting to live with another similarly minded housemates.

FYI - Not looking to take on full time / non-working students for this share.
