We are looking for a new wonderful housemate to join our home of Lia, Colm and Hello Kitty - yes you read the cats name right - not by choice btw but it suits 😉 She’s cute and lovable and has her own little routine - have attached a picture of her too 😍

💁‍♀️ Lia:
Always keen for a cheeky pint after work.. there soooooo many places on our road but have the regular places that we always end up in… Rather social and tries to have a 50/50 of being out to being home. F1 fanatic. Loves Gin (plenty in the house all the time) series addict. 420 pro. Works full time in the day and has a 2nd job in a pub - sometimes you won’t see her for a days as schedules don’t align

🙋‍♂️Colm:
Can win him over with a good pint but of Guinness - typical Irishman 😂 very social. Crime documentaries are his thing. Loves to travel. Whisky guy… the collection is getting bigger!! Currently doing driving lessons —- can you smell the future roadtrips? Works as an OT for the NHS.

🐈‍⬛ Hello Kitty:
Always hungry. Like a cuddle when it’s on my terms. Likes to watch movies with you. All the rooms are mine but I like moms room the most. The balcony door is always closed, please open it for me so I can watch the people. Give me treats. Love me.

We treat the house as a home - try to have nights out together, dinner and generally be social (not always as sometimes we need our own time to unwind!) we are wanting someone who feels the same - not one that’s always in their rooms. No WFH please.

📍 Location:
Our quiet flat is located just off the lively Northcote road near Clapham Junction Station 15min walk away

Clapham South (Northern Line) is on average, 18min walk but that’s also cause I dawdle on the walk 😂😂

With the G1 and 319 busses helping on days where it’s raining (they have become less frequent due to the construction on the roads

If you like pubs/eating out then this is the location for you with our local pub just across the road.

Wandsworth Common & Clapham Common are about 10min walk from the flat. In terms of area you can’t get better than this!

Lively during holidays with stalls, music and food 🥳

🏡 About the flat:
We have our own private entrance to the flat with a shoe rack on the landing - as it’s carpeted throughout - shoes off before entering helps keep the house tidy.

The flat is split level - WC on the 1st floor and full bathroom on the level with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

A balcony for warm days - this is a bonus if you are want a cuppa tea in the morning or on weekends for a cheeky pint in the sun, if you are a smoker, this is the place you will love - except when it’s raining as this makes it tricky…

🛏️ Bedroom:
Room 1: Good size double room with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Some storage under the bed. Amazing afternoon light as the sun sets on this side of the building

Room 2:
Good sized room with storage underneath the bed, chest of drawers and cupboard so plenty of storage and it gets absolutely lovely light at the golden hour.

🖤 Family and friends - are always welcome to come and stay.
We have a House calendar to keep track of when everyone is away and when people are staying over as well as important dates.

🧺 Cleaning:
We have a cleaning routine which ensures the house remains in a good state. We have a cleaning lady fortnightly for the big things

📑 Paperwork required:
- QR code for right to live/ work in UK
- Proof of employment and salary - this will be emailed to current employers for verification
- copy of passport
- private landlord NO AGENTS
- NO couples
- NO students
- NO dogs

💷 Money payable:
1st month’s rent & security deposit (5 weeks’ rent) to be paid prior to getting flat keys.)
