Lovely en-suite mezzanine room in Clapham

Hello! I own a little two bed flat on St Johns Hill and I'm looking for someone to move into my beautiful (and quirky!) room. Your flatmate is Olga, a lovely 36-year old from Madrid, and her adorable Chihuahua cross puppy, Pancho. He's really friendly.

We're looking for a professional person in their 30's who'd like to call the flat home with Olga. Someone who is fairly sociable and would be keen to call a flatmate a friend.

It's a basement flat, with:

- Your own bathroom

- Secure gate to get into the building
- Washer & Dryer

The flat is in a shared building called St Johns Court. It's a really lovely building with a secure gate and communal entrance with bike storage. The flat itself is basement, with an outdoor space.

Your room is newly renovated, and it's quite quirky. There is a large built-in wardrobe, an arm chair and a full bathroom (walk-in shower. If you want a bath there is a tub downstairs). The kingsize mattress is up on a mezzanine level. There is plenty of storage, and the room is up a spiral staircase, so it's ground level, really bright and sunshine-filled, and separate from the rest of the flat. It's a private, quiet room with a door that locks.

It's not a great set-up for working from home, and there is no desk in the room. Olga works from home most days, so if you need to work from home every day then this might not be the right place for you.

All bills and a 2x per month cleaner is included.

We're on St Johns Hill, a 30-second walk from Sainsburys Local, a 3-minute walk from some of the best restaurants in Clapham, a 9-minute walk to the train station and a 15-minute walk to Northcote Road.
