Quirky mezzanine room and en-suite, St Johns Hill

Hello! I own a two bed flat on St Johns Hill and I'm looking for someone to move into my beautiful (and quirky!) room. Your flatmate is Olga, a lovely 36-year old from Madrid, and her adorable Chihuahua cross puppy, Pancho. He's really friendly.

We're looking for a professional person in their 30's who'd like to call the flat home with Olga. Someone who is fairly sociable and would be keen to call a flatmate a friend.

It's a basement flat, with:

- Furnished with king size bed (on a mezzanine, the ceiling height is quite short, so it's a bit like a bunk bed)
- Shared living room
- Separate (shared) kitchen and dining
- Your own bathroom
- A garden patio
- All bills included
- Weekly cleaner included
- Bike Storage
- Secure gate to get into the building
- Washer & Dryer

The flat is in a shared building called St Johns Court. It's a really lovely building with a secure gate and communal entrance with bike storage. The flat itself is basement, with an outdoor space. The room is on the ground floor with a huge window.

Your room is newly renovated, and it's quirky. There is a large built-in wardrobe, an arm chair and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower). The kingsize mattress is up on a mezzanine level. There is plenty of storage, and the room is up a spiral staircase, so it's ground level, really bright and sunshine-filled, and very separate from the rest of the flat. It's a private, quiet room with a door that locks.

It's not a great set-up for working from home, and there is no desk in the room. If you need to work from home every day then this is not the right place for you. Working from home occasionally is fine.

All bills and a weekly cleaner is included.

We're on St Johns Hill, a 30-second walk from Sainsbury's Local, a 3-minute walk from some of the best restaurants in Clapham, a 9-minute walk to the train station and a 15-minute walk to Northcote Road.
