Single room in Girls garden house Clapham Jun SW11

Hi there,
We are Kristina, Michaela and Kai, three friendly working professional girls and we are looking for a 4th girl to complete our lovely household, but we are also open to consider boys. We have one single room in our well-maintained and clean 4 bed house in a quiet, yet very central area situated 5 min walk from the river and 2 min walk from Clapham Junction station (check it on the map) with free parking for residents.

The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, separate toilet, a separate kitchen with all mod cons, a large and bright living/dining room and the single bedroom. There is also a front and large rear garden. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom.
There is also a spacious loft, should you need to store some of your stuff.

The single bedroom is on the ground floor and has a door onto the rear garden. Here there is a high bed with space for a desk/workstation underneath it if needed, a wardrobe closet and a chest of drawers with space for more furniture. The current girl has removed the desk to put her own furniture.

The rent is £720 and includes broadband, water and council tax.
Gas and Electricity bills are very cheap and are equally shared and come to about £20/40 per month (depending on the season) when 4 people in the house.
The rooms is available from 31/08/2024
We are looking for people that would stay at least until the 31/08/2025, ideally longer.

As for the area, the house is located 200m from Clapham Junction railway station (with connections to virtually everywhere) and 5 minutes walk from the River Thames. Battersea Park is a pleasant 10 min jog away along the river if you are a sport lover. (please see map) The best bars and restaurant of Battersea are also no more than 5 min away and so are all the high-street shops and supermarkets like Asda, M&S, Sainsbury, Waitrose and Lidl.
