2 Bed Apartment 5mins from Clapham Junction

Very large double bedroom for rent. The apartment is the middle floor in a converted terraced house. It is a 2 minute walk to both Clapham Common and Northcote Road. Clapham Junction is 5 minute walk.

I stay in the smaller room Tue/Wed/Thu when I come into London to work and otherwise I live in the Cotswolds with my wife and children. I'm social but I’m often out in the evenings, either working late or catching up with friends, so you won't see too much of me. I also don't use the communal kitchen/diner so you'd also have that space to yourself.

If you’re keen on having a lot of space to yourself and don't mind a nice (but largely absent) housemate this could be perfect. The current tenants are a wonderful Kiwi couple who I'm sorry to see leaving to fly back home.
