We are looking for a housemate in our huge 5 bedroom townhouse 5 mins walk from Clapham Junction station.


The house comes with a large living room, decent size kitchen, 2 bathrooms (you would be sharing the main bathroom with me), lots of storage space/built in cupboard, rear garden and a cellar.
Pics don’t do justice to this house, it’s a must see! :)

The room available is an unfurnished double on the first floor.


We’re looking for someone easy-going and friendly but also respectful to privacy of others, tidy and reliable.

Rent is £1050 pcm, inc all bills and available from 25th August.
