Double Bedroom, Clapham Junction

I'm advertising this flat for my two flatmates as I'll be moving to Italy with my girlfriend. After 5 years in this flat I'm sad to be leaving, but all good things must come to and end. Some info on the flat and room below.

The room is a furnished double at the front of the house, featuring a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside table - there's also a cupboard outside the room with plenty of space for storage. The flat is set along a lovely residential road, contemporary spec and really nice living and entertaining space. We've lived here for 4 years now and can't speak highly enough of the flat, the landlord is one of the nicest and the flat genuinely feels like a home.

We're located just off Northcote Road, so there are shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walking distance.

Clapham Junction is approx. 8 minutes walk.

The two boys remaining are both professionals in their late 20s/30. We have a pretty chilled life at the flat, watch the football at the weekends and cook together during the week (sometimes). Big football fans so obviously a general interest in football is a plus. Big padel fans - so bring your bat.

Would like to meet people, whether it be a call or for a pint on the street to get to know you before moving in.
