Hi All,

We have one beautifully presented king-size bedroom available in a light and spacious three-bed flat, sharing two modern bathrooms. There is a large kitchen-diner and living room space, and an amazing south-facing terrace which is a sun trap and has amazing views over the street. The flat has been also completely redecorated and fixed up in anticipation of new housemates.

The flat is located just off Northcote Road in a quiet residential street, and is next to Wandsworth Common; the walk to Clapham Junction is about 10 minutes but can be done in less!

The bedroom is priced at £1200 pcm and is on the 3rd floor, with a large velux window and a beautiful Juliette balcony overlooking the shared outdoor terrace.

There are already two of us in the flat so looking to fill out the last room! We are ideally looking for a flatmate in their mid-twenties who is also a young professional (open to male or female). We would love to share the space with someone like-minded who also loves to socialise and have fun, but is also respectful of the flat. We love spending time with friends and are equally happy with a fun night out as we are on staying in and chilling together with a good tv series. We are both big fans of enjoying the local area and all Northcote Road has to offer, and also both keen on keeping fit, often spending time after work going to classes or enjoying a run around the common. Since moving in we've really enjoyed exploring new parts of London together making the most of the recent weather!

I work in Southwark and currently work from home twice a week. Alice also works on Bankside and has a similar work from home/office split. It would be good to get someone in who has a similar schedule, as it’s been really nice to have a friendly face in the flat at any one time.

This is such a special flat and we are really keen to share it with someone who will ultimately become friends as well as a housemate!
