We have a lovely double room in Clapham Junction available from mid-June. The flat is located a few minutes walking distance from Clapham Junction Underground and train station.

ROOM 1: £650 per month (single use) AV. FROM 14/06

- THE ROOM COMES FULLY FURNISHED WITH:

- TWO WEEKS DEPOSIT (registered in Mydeposit scheme)

- ✔️BILLS: ⚠️Please note that gas and electricity will be the only bills under tenant's obligations.

On top of that, on move in we ask for utilities contributions - this is 1 week rent worth paid ONLY ONCE. The contribution is to help cover the otherwise included bills.
For the entire contract period and any renewals you will not be asked again for this contribution.

Excluding this contribution, all expenses will be covered by us and we will help you through the entire process of booking the best accommodation for you!
