Hi Everyone!
We have 1 Spacious bedrooms becoming available in our flat from the 1st of June.

THE FLAT: The flat is spacious and with ample storage space. There are 3 rooms in the flat. Both Occupied by a male Professional (30 y. o.) working in Marketing/Sales.

There is one toilet and one bathroom in the house with some storage space too. There is no living room in the flat but the kitchen is very spacious and bright, big enough for all tenants to cook and eat together or to have guest over for dinner and drinks (we do get social at weekends so this is perfect!).
The carpet throughout the flat will be steam cleaned by a professional before new tenants arrival to give it a fresher look and there will be a “no shoes in the flat” policy to ensure it stays clean for you and your visitors (there is a lot of space for your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance).

THE BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are spacious and bright overlooking the inside (shared) garden. They have a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. They comes with a desk and office chair too so its perfect for working from home.

THE POSITION: The flat is located in a green, quite and nice residential area. Clapham junction station is at about 6 minutes walk and will take you to Victoria (5 min) Waterloo (8min) or other stations throughout London in a short time. There are several bus stop 3 minutes walk from the flat too. Clapham Junction high Street is 10 minutes walk and has plenty of shops for shopping and grocery (LIDL, WAITROSE, M&S) and there are a Sainsbury and Tesco 5 minutes walk from the flat.

NEW TENANT PREFERENCES: We are looking for a person that would fit well in the flat to create a social and nice environment and a place we can all call home 😊 Hopefully we can all become good friends and give each other our own space as well as enjoy each other company and hang out sometimes at weekends.
Ideally we are looking for a Male Professional, working a classic 9 to 5 and aged between 27/35 year old.

COSTS: Apart from rent, bills are shared equally and are on average £80/130 per month. That's to cover everything from council tax, WiFi, energy – the cost depend on the season and on how much we are energy conscious.
Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

Contract length is 1 year but if you wish you can leave anytime giving 6 weeks notice and once you find a new tenant to replace you. It took last tenants 7 days to find a replacement so quite uncomplicated.
