You’ll be living with three women, and sharing the bathroom with two. We would like a flatmate who is keen to be part of a social house but also has their own friends and life in London.
Please note that bills in this house are expensive and in the colder months we pay approx £150-£200 each per month for them. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and costs each flatmate £20 pcm. So, when you are considering this flat you should expect to pay c. £1235 per calendar month to include bills and the cleaner.
