Large double room - Clapham Junction

We have a furnished double room to rent in our four bedroom maisonette which was renovated in 2021. This advert is for a female flatmate only.

We love where we live, being just 7 minutes from Clapham Junction station, 10 minutes from Clapham Common and Northcote Road, 20 minutes from Clapham Old Town and 25 minutes from Battersea Park.

You’ll be living with three women, Simone, Michaela and Natasha. You will share the bathroom with Simone and Michaela. Whilst we are all busy with work in the week, we enjoy exploring London on the weekends and like going for brunch, watching documentaries and mooching around SW London. We would like a flatmate who was keen to be part of this but also have their own friends and life in London.

Please note that bills in this house are expensive and in the colder months we pay approx £150-£200 each per month for them. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and costs each flatmate £20 pcm. So, when you are considering this flat you should expect to pay c. £1200 per calendar month to include bills and the cleaner.

The room would be available from 17th November. We understand that you may move in afterwards but would of course need to pay for bills from 17 November and discuss rent payments with the landlord separately, who lives locally and who we pay and liaise with directly.

We are holding viewings in one day from 9:30-12:30 on Saturday November 1.
