This room is situated in a privately owned block of flats with amazing bus and rail connections. A 4 minute walk to platform 1 at Clapham junction. We do have a communal garden and also underground bike locking.

You would be sharing this two bed / two bathroom top floor flat with a 41 year old Northern Irish male. I have been living in London for the last 19 years and in this flat for the wonderful spacious flat for the last four.

I am a hard working professional who leaves the flat Monday to Friday at 6:30am and returns around 7pm in the evening. I do not work from home.

I enjoy cycling, escaping London on weekends on a flight or in my car and enjoy yoga and other forms of excerise. I am extremely clean and tidy and really enjoy having a home and not a party house to live in.

Who I would like to live with:
- Someone aged 30-45.
- Professional in full time employment with regular Monday to Friday hours.
- You do not work from home
- You do not smoke
- You do not have any pets
- You are clean and tidy
- You enjoy socialising but you have your own life and don’t bring the party back to the flat.

The rent is £1250 for the ensuite room PCM.

Monthly bills includes, all cleaning products for communal areas, gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence, Internet Package. This is £150 PCM not paid to Landlord but our own house account.
