Double room in cozy home 🏡

Hi everyone!



I am very sadly moving out and so am looking for someone to take my place in a 4 bed house just off of the Northcote road. It’s a good sized double room (1st floor at the back of the house) and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other. The house is furnished but the room only includes a bed (and mattress). The room is available from 01.09.24 but there is some flex on move in date; latest date to take over tenancy would be 14.09.24.



You’ll be living with Claudia (29), Kate (30) and Kate 2 (30). Everyone works hybrid home/office. They’re all sporty and love a good Netflix binge in the evening. Its a sociable house so the odd pub outing is encouraged but everyone also very much like time to chill and unwind (our days of living in parthouses are in the past).

We have lived here for just over two years and get on like a house on fire - so looking for a like minded person who wants a nice casa with friends to call home 😊
