if you want the room right now I have identical one in identical flat in the same builiding

Location of the flat is within a minute walk from Clapham Junction Station and a few minutes walk to Northcote Rd, so excellent transport links and a range of bars and restaurants nearby.

The flat consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large balcony. There is also plenty of storage cupboards inside and outside the flat.

The room available has a Double bed with storage underneath, drawers and a big built in closet.

The current household is two guys (Australians) and a girl (Swedish) We are looking for a fourth room mate.

they all get along very well clean and respectful
