Room and study in lovely Clapham Junction home

Lovely large, social house, just off St. John’s Hill, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep!

Our flatmate is sadly leaving us after a year in the house! Her double room and attached study / office is now available 😊

You’ll be living with Issy (26) who is a consultant, Anna (24) who is a recruitment consultant and Izzy (25) who is a civil servant.

We are looking for a female flatmate as this is an all girls house. The contract is for six months minimum, but it would be great to find somebody willing to stay longer and get socially invested in our house ☺️.

We all get along very well. We have dinner/ lunch together when we are around, and do stuff outside the flat whenever we can. We are very sociable but also respect everybody’s boundaries and each have our own thing going on. We would love to find somebody who would fit in this dynamic.

🛏The room is an ideal size and comes with a large attached study which is great if you are working from home. It comes fully furnished with:
- double bed and mattress
- huge wardrobe
- two sets of drawers
- bookcase
- desk and chair
(Sofa pictured is not included)

💷The room itself is £965 per month, excluding bills. The bills are split evenly between the housemates and come to around £80/90 per month. The landlord currently pays for WiFi.

🏡The house is a three story 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, one on the bottom floor and one on the top floor. It has an open plan kitchen and lovely back garden area with a bbq, perfect for the summer time. Super fast WiFi.

🧺There is a separate cloakroom, where we have a washer and dryer, along with all the cleaning equipment (i. e. Hoover, mop, etc).

🧽🧼We are very tidy and are looking for somebody who cleans up after themselves and who is willing to participate in the cleaning schedule as we all do :)

There is a Sainsbury’s 2 minutes away, and an Asda / M&S / Lidl / Waitrose 10 minutes away walking or 5 minutes on the bus.

The house is 10 minutes walk away from Northcote Road, 30 minutes away from Battersea Park, and 5 minutes away from Wandsworth common. 🌿🌳🪵

🚌🏃🏻‍♀️It’s a 10 min walk to both Clapham Junction station and Wandsworth Town station. There are bus stops just across the road with buses 37, 39, 87, 156, 170, 219, 337, 639, 670 and N87. It is a short 15 min walk to Southside Shopping centre.
