Hi everyone 👋🏼

You will be living with 3 mature professionals that get along really well (31, 36 and 43yo)

We are looking for someone tidy and friendly that wants to feel at home rather than a place living with strangers, but equally respects each others space.

The double bedroom is bright and is just a 5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station. London waterloo and Victoria are a 10 mns train journey only.

This is a split level ground floor maisonette which has an open plan kitchen, a small living room, a garden, one bathroom, one shower room, 2 toilets with the bills coming at around £100 per person all included.

The area is really handy as it is minutes away from a big Lidl, Asda, Whole-foods to name some. A lot of bars and pubs about.

We can arrange viewing after 5pm on most days.
