Spacious room in sociable Battersea house :)

We have a spacious room up for grabs from the 7th November, priced at £750 per month, with bills coming to an extra £75-100. This room has its own bathroom, along with a small courtyard area outside as a bonus!

There are 4 guys and 4 girls aged 25-27 in the house, with 1 of the guys going travelling for a couple of months, letting out his room on a short-term basis. We all are all professionals working full-time doing all sorts of different things (marketing, events, acting, engineering, finance etc.). Our schedules broadly line up, but with some of us working from home there is usually someone in, which helps for deliveries etc.

There is a bathroom (with a sink & WC) on each of the 4 floors, so there are 2 rooms / bathroom. We find this to be a huge plus in a house of this size as there is surprisingly very little waiting!

We all treat the house as a home, always cleaning up after ourselves and keeping spaces tidy, so we would want someone who would do the same during their time here. We also have a cleaner (cost included in bills) who comes every 2 weeks to keep it extra nice!

We regularly have drinks, film & games nights, host BBQs in the garden, head out to events, occasional festivals and trips away! We all get on well with each other and each other's friends, but have our own groups and schedules too. The overall vibe is fun and harmonious, and people can get involved as much as they want to & can! All meeting through SpareRoom originally, we'd love someone to join us for more of the same! We've had several people join us on short-term lets before and this has made absolutely no difference to the above – all enjoying their time here, remaining great friends of ours and our groups.
