Double Room Sublet in Clapham Junction

My flatmate is going traveling for a few months from March till June (dates flexible) and is looking to sublet her room whilst she’s away.

🏡 THE FLAT
The flat is a lovely Victorian flat split on two levels with a big garden, dishwasher and washer dryer. Located in St John’s Hill, 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction station. The street is super quiet and residential and the location is ideal, just off a strip with so many cute cafes, restaurants and amenities.
Not a party household but friends and smaller get together welcome :)

🛌 THE ROOM
The room is located on the first floor (you’d have your own floor!) and is fully furnished. Rent is £1025 without bills which usually come up to £150/200 each.

‼️🐶 Please note you would be living with a pet - Cookie, a small-medium dog (14kg) perfectly house trained and super lovely!

🧚‍♀️About me:
I am originally from Italy and have been living in the UK for 6 years. I work in TV and I’m the office usually 2-3 days a week, flexible on which days I go in. I’m into dance, yoga, photography and anything artsy. I’m usually fairly busy with work, hobbies and dog mom duties but I do love a chilled night in. I’m friendly, clean and respectful so I’d like someone who is equally considerate and cares about living in a tidy clean space.

ABOUT YOU:
- Women/queer folks only!
- Love for dogs is a must for obvious reasons - Clean, tidy and respectful
- non smokers
- Professionals preferred but open to postgrads if you’re willing to contribute to council tax

Viewings preferably this Saturday (23rd Jan) between 12:00- 7:00pm and potentially Sunday the 24th/or next week after work depending on interest :)
