Description
We are a flatshare of two friends who enjoy running, hiking, photography, and both enjoy meeting friends for a drink as well as having a quiet one at home! We are looking for an easygoing 3rd flatmate who is open to doing some stuff together but just as happy to do their own thing too :) We are a good mix of social and chilled as a house.
Our old housemate is moving in with his gf, so we are looking for someone to move in August 19th 2026.
The rent will be £950 plus bills (might change slightly as we are negotiating with our agency at the moment), taking it to around £1075 in total per month. There is also a deposit of £333.33.
Your rooms:
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, a chest of drawers and large wardrobe and there is a small desk space to WFH in the living room if needed.
The house:
We live on St John’s Hill, which is less than a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction station, which has direct trains into Waterloo and Victoria. A stone’s throw from the house are countless restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Wandsworth Common and Northcote Road are only a short walk away too. The house includes:
- A huge living room with space to wfh, do yoga, watch tv, workout, have tea as a house, play boardgames, live laugh and love.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table, as well as plates/cutlery/pans etc.
-A small balcony area, great for a glass of wine in summer (as seen in our pic!)
-A bathroom with a bath, new loo, new shower and newly renovated floor
-A cleaner every two weeks (£12 per person, per visit )
The flat is incredibly spacious and the images do not do it justice, there is a ton of room in the flat for three people and it works really well as a house share.
Us:
Morgan (29) is from Canada and has been in London for 2 years. She moved from Toronto and loves exploring the city, running, yoga, and spending time with friends. She works in marketing in central and goes into the office 2/3 days a week.
Leo (33) works in photography and frequently spends his time at art galleries, restaurants, running and producing/editing his photos. He occasionally travels for work and otherwise is in the office 2/3 days a week too.
We keep the place pretty tidy between the cleaner’s visits, and all chip in when things need sorting out. We’re all very respectful of each other and our work schedules so we are looking for someone who will do the same.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a working professional male who is at least 26, who works hybrid or full time in the office/their place of work. We have a friendly and calm setup in the house when we’re home, and often catch up outside on the balcony together after work or chat in the kitchen/live room. We are social but if you want to keep to yourself that’s fine too as we understand people need their own space (as we do too). If we share some similar interests and can do a few bits together too then that’s a bonus.
We can do viewings from now until 11th July, ideally after 6:30pm and will choose the person we think is the best as early as possible to get the ball rolling.
