Single room with huge living area

I'm looking for someone to replace me in this lovely four bedroom house with a huge kitchen and living room.

You will be sharing the house with three others all working 9-5 jobs. We have a range of working schedules with some going into work every day and some working from home part of the week.

The housemates are friendly but generally the house is pretty quiet as people do their own thing. Guests are welcome to stay over.

The room itself is quite small but there's enough room for a bed, wardrobe and drawers. You could fit a small desk in the room but I work downstairs when working from home as there's plenty of room there.

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and shelves but the two sets of drawers are mine.

You will be sharing the bathroom with two others as one of the other rooms has an en-suite.

Although the room itself is small , the kitchen and living room are huge so you're paying a relatively small amount for such an amazing space. There's always enough room to cook as we have an island providing plenty of surface space and two ovens. We have a dining area and large living area in an open plan layout making it perfect for having people over. We also have a small yard outside which gets a lot of sun in the summer.

The location is great - we're about half way between Clapham South and Clapham Junction so we're really well connected. The shops, restaurants and bars of Northcote Road are about 10 minutes walk away and we're only a few minutes walk from Clapham Common. Clapham High Street is only a short walk away across the Common.

I currently pay £755 a month including bills and this includes gas, electric, council tax, TV licence, broadband and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. The rent itself is £620 a month.
