Hi there hola (sorry if you saw the previous advert before I cancelled it, they changed their mind), firstly the boring stuff all bills apart from council tax are included and we have some v lovely and surprisingly patient cleaners who come every week also 3.5 bathrooms. The main highlight has to be the spacey kitchen with an unfathomably large table and deep heavy sofas. We try to be classically communistic when it comes to big pasta dishes (although full clarity rn there are slightly too many health meal prep people for the level of communism I would aim for) so it’s mainly just 2 4L milks to 7 half pint tiny ones.
