The large bathroom has a bath and shower, as well as a double size sink. it and the separate toilet is mostly for your exclusive use, though the bathroom contains the washing machine so access will be required by us. Use of the kitchen is also included, along with a range cooker.

The arty house is near Clapham Common, mid-way between Clapham Common Station and Clapham Junction. It's a great area - local supermarkets and an excellent bus network; plus lots of e-bikes and Santander stations, as well as a bike park in the garden if you own one. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to keep you entertained; plus a great cinema and local theatre.
