Looking for a lovely, friendly and sociable housemate for a house proud flat split over three floors near Clapham Junction. Our dynamic is more dinner party and a bottle of wine than rave and house party so looking for someone to fit right in. The ideal housemate would do a mixture of working from home and working in the office.
Our housemate is moving out so our lease is until September 2025.
The room is unfurnished but includes a wardrobe though
The room is a double and opens out into a courtyard, which you’ll see in the pictures. This rooms shared a bathroom with one other housemate.
The house has been newly converted into two flats, so we have one set of neighbours upstairs who are a couple.
Communal areas: The kitchen/living/dining room opens out with bifold doors onto a small garden.
Rent: The rent is £1060 per month plus bills payable on the 20th of each month. Bills are approx £70 a month including water, electricity, gas and council tax.
Period: available from 19th of September - This will be our 3rd year in the flat.
Landlord: Our landlord is the loveliest, most helpful lady, we have a really good relationship with her and want that to continue. She wants to approve whoever moves in, with a short paragraph about yourself.
Referencing: you will need to pass all necessary referencing checks with the estate agency and with our landlord as mentioned above
Housemates: both work in entertainment television and met at work. Mixture of working from home and being in the office or on location
