Spacious Double - Clapham Junction

The current tenant will move out on 15th OCTOBER, and we are seeking a mature, clean, and really calm individual to replace him in the flat.

There is a weekly cleaning routine in place, and everyone must cooperate to maintain a clean, tidy, and quiet environment, the house does not have a living room.

- Please note that this is not a party house, nor is it suitable for frequent visitors.

It is a council building with an excellent location, just an 8-minute walk from Clapham Junction Station.

Rent covers all bills except for TV, and the contract is directly with the landlord on a per-bedroom basis. Please note that there is the current price, and you should be prepared to negotiate this directly with the landlord.

The landlord requires all necessary documents, including a passport, right-to-rent shared code, previous references from landlords, payslips, etc.
