We (Helen 28, Jack 34 and Daisy 26) are looking for a lovely housemate to join our amazing home, to replace Hamish.
The house is beautiful and only a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station. It has only been tenanted for 3 years and is well situated in the quiet "triangle" between Clapham Common and Battersea Park. We also have all of the amenities, shops and nightlife of Clapham nearby!

The house comes fully furnished with an open-plan living area and modern kitchen/dining area. We also have a gorgeous patio/garden (which is maintained by gardeners paid for by the landlord!), and our own firepit and BBQ. Our landlord is extremely attentive to the needs of the house and the kitchen/front of house and windows have been newly painted.

The bedroom has a large three sectioned wardrobe and two large windows which makes the big room feel even bigger. The bed and mattress are both King size, and there is built in shelving to one side. The room is plenty big enough to fit a desk for anyone who works from home. You would be sharing a spacious, modern bathroom with Helen and Daisy.

And you'd be welcome to store a bike in the garden (there is nowhere secure on the street).

It's the spec of the house (and the housemates of course!) with its great communal areas, which are the real selling point!

We are ideally looking for a clean, easy-going and sociable young professional where we’re friends as well as housemates. We respect the space and each other, always clean up after ourselves and are looking for someone who's the same.

We do the odd pub quiz together but very much have our own separate lives, so it's important you do too!

We share the bills which come to approx. £90 -£110 each per month.

The current rental contract runs until the end of January 2025, so the rent won’t increase for about 12 months!
