My lovely flatmate is moving out on Saturday March 14th to move in with her boyfriend.
I’m looking for someone to move in and takeover her lease. The lease is until mid Oct 2026, with the opportunity to extend if you’re interested. The agency is really nice and the landlady is always responsive if you need anything.

The flat itself is split over two floors, which gives you some privacy! There’s x1 shared bathroom and a lovely spacious living room. Your room would be on the same level as the living room and kitchen. It is the biggest room of the 2, I occupy the box room at the back of the flat.

A bit about me, I’m 30. I work in fashion and go into the office 2/3 times a week. When I wfh I work in the living area, it would be great if you have a similar schedule! I’m Welsh, so there will be times I’m away visiting, spending the week wfh there.

I love going to Pilates classes on the weekend, finding news places for dinner. I enjoy going for a drink too 💃🍸

Looking for someone who would turn into a friend, rather than just a flatmate. Is up to cooking together occasionally, chilling on the sofa and chucking something on to watch (I’m a Real Housewives, MAFS fan)
