We are looking for the ideal housemate to fill our cosy 4th double bedroom in the heart of Clapham. You will be joining 3 Kiwi/Aussie girls aged between 27-29 years old in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian style building, 2 minutes walk from Clapham Common with a spacious separate living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom shared between 3 as one has an ensuite and a secure CCTV shared garden area (which is basically ours) where you can store your bike.

Our ideal housemate would be a positive individual who is clean and respectful of the house as it is our home, social but at the same time has their own life.

Transport: 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction overground, 15 minute walk to Clapham Common underground (Northern Line) and a multitude of buses right on your door step.

Move in date: Tuesday 12th Dec 2023

Price: 759 per month + 110 bills (approx.)
