Sublet Christmas time 20th Dec-8th Jan

I’m going to visit family in Australia over Christmas and so am looking to sublet my room for the three weeks I am gone. Would be £600 in total including bills. Great wifi! Room is fully furnished. Super comfy double bed, warm doona, lots of comfy new pillows. I’ll have sheets all clean and cupboard space clear. Will have a chair for the desk hopefully so can use that! Very nice homely feel (just moved a month ago here so all new things in the room).

Location:

10 min walk from Clapham Junction station, 20 min walk to Battersea Power Station, and lots of local buses. 15 min walk to Battersea Park and 5 mins to the river! Lots of local amenities. Shops a few mins walk away.

Flatmates :
Sharing with 3 super lovely Christian girls that are 25years old. There are 3 bed rooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. We are on the 3rd level of the apartment building. There is a lift and stairs.
