Looking for a female 24-30 to replace me in Clapham Junction!

🚃 We are a 5 minute walk away from Clapham Junction Station (grant road entrance)
🪩 10 minutes from Northcote Road
🍃 20 minute walk/15 minute bus journey to Battersea Park
💸 All bills around £72pm

The rent is £725pcm and a £830 deposit (lodged with DPS). There is a £100 holding fee for the room and rent is payable 2 days before you move in. Bills also will be payable, this works on paying a month in advance. Contract is 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

About us:
Eben 25 and Caleb 26 will be staying in the flat, we are currently filling Britt 28’s room at the same time as mine.
We all love hanging out and watching tv together in an evening, over a glass of wine, but do all have our separate lives in London - we are hoping to find someone who wants this to be a home and be our friend as well as a room mate 🫶🏼
Whereas this isn’t a party home, we do enjoy having friends over from time to time for drinks or tv watching!
We have private landlords who are super nice and responsive to any issues we have.

The room:
Has a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a bedside table and a desk,
Chairs for the desk stay outside the room. The room may have small windows but lets in so much natural light which i have enjoyed so much of ☀️

The place has parking and a lift available. We also have a rooftop that we enjoy having drinks on in the sunnier months 🌞

I am looking for someone to fill my room from the 6th/7th May, the latest move in date would be the 9th but can be flexible for the right person.
