Double room with private bathroom off Northcote Rd

I am looking to rent out a double bedroom along with a private bathroom and toilet in my newly renovated and refurbished apartment. There is also access to a study for those interested in working from home.

I will only be staying in the apartment 2-3 nights during the week (usually Tuesday-Thursday) as I spend the rest of my time and most of my long weekends away from London. So for the majority of time the open kitchen and lounge will be all yours to use also.

The apartment is wonderfully located just off the Northcote Road and is an easy 10-15min stroll to Clapham Junction station or 25min to Clapham South and Balham. There are also buses that run just at the end of the road.

My preference for tenant is someone respectful, private and easy going. I have only just recently renovated and so I am looking for someone to respect the property and neighbourhood.
