Double room with private bathroom off Northcote Rd

I am looking to rent out a double bedroom along with a private bathroom and toilet in my newly renovated and refurbished apartment. There is also access to a study for those interested in working from home.

The apartment is wonderfully located just off the Northcote Road between the Commons and is an easy 10-15min stroll to Clapham Junction station or 25min to Clapham South and Balham. There are also buses that run just at the end of the road.

My preference for tenant is someone respectful, private and easy going. I have only just recently renovated and so I am looking for someone to respect the property and neighbourhood as both are lovely.
