Double En-suite available in Clapham area

I am moving from London and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. My contract is valid until September 2024, but you have the possibility for renewal for another year.

The room is furnished, minus TV, chest of drawer and bed night stand - but I need to sell them, so if you are interested on keeping any of them, that can be arranged.

Water, internet and fortnightly clear are already included on the rent.

Move in date can be flexible if necessary, June 1st is suggested for easier rent payments. On the first month, the landlord has a cost fee to set up a contract (£150), rest of the months rent is usual amount.

Visits can be very flexible, as one of the flatmates works from home most of the days and is happy to show the flat around when I am not in London.
