Double room available in Clapham Junction

I am looking for someone to take over the remaining time in my tenancy which is currently agreed until end of Feb 2025.

There’s flexibility with moving date etc.

It is a double room in a large flat, with a huge living room, a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a washing machine and a dish washer.

There is space in the room for a desk, but there is also a large dining table in the living room which can also be used as a WFH space.

The room is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to clapham junction station and the common.

I have lived here for a year and a half, but I’m now moving out to live with my girlfriend.

You would be sharing the flat with 1 other person, a 25 year old chef. We moved into the flat together last year and are good friends.

Looking for someone sociable and tidy, who enjoys their own time as well as hanging out.
