We’re looking to fill a room in our flat as two of our housemates are moving out to bigger and better things! This is a four person house share.
We’re Aria (22) and Tabby (27) currently working full-time. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy, social but also has things going on outside of the flat. Bonus points if you’re funny! Ideally we wanna keep the half/half balance so prefer a guy to take over the room!
The room up for grabs has a double bed, closet, window, and decorative fireplace. You’d be sharing the kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (one shower), and a small backyard bit.
The flat is perfectly placed:
• 15 minute bus from Clapham Common
• 12 minute walk from Clapham Junction
• 10 minute walk from St John’s Road
• 5 minute walk from Asda and Lidl
