We are looking for TWO PEOPLE to take over our flat in Clapham Junction as one of us is moving away.
Two people TOGETHER are required as taking over the contract will be a staggered process although both tenants can move in at the same time.
Spacious flat over two floors with great space and balcony area. Two big double rooms, fully fitted bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Ample storage.
Bills not included but typically around £100 each person per month.
Wifi is available to take over if needed.
