Looking for someone to take over my
contract from June 16th for at least 6 months - ideally 1 year, with the option to extend the contract after this. Move-in date can be flexible either side for the right person.

Flat details:

This is a 2 bed flat which comes fully furnished, with its own south-facing private garden area and shared living room. The bedroom is at the back of the property, so is nice and quiet away from the main road traffic overlooking the garden. Your bedroom comes with its own private bathroom next door that has plenty of storage and a shower over the bath tub. There is a large hallway with a cupboard at the end containing the washing machine as well as extra communal storage. All furniture seen in the room is included (excluding the bookshelf, coat hanger and chair - however I’m willing to sell these if wanted)

The area is perfect, a 15 min walk from battersea park and <10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station which has excellent links. It’s also a 2 min walk from Northcote Road with lovely bars, restaurants, pubs, independent shops and cafés.

The flat mates:

You would be living with the lovely Charmaine and Lorenzo, who share the front bedroom. I genuinely couldn’t ask for nicer or more chilled/accommodating flat mates and I’m so sad to be leaving, but it’s only to move in with my partner.

Charmaine works in skincare and Lorenzo in finance. We have our own lives and hobbies but also spend evenings in together watching a variety of shows (at the moment we are watching race across the world) and the occasional board game night. On the weekends we occasionally enjoy going exploring/ for cocktails/out to a party or cooking together. We are all clean, tidy and respectful people and so someone who is similar and social would fit in really well here!
