I am looking for someone to replace my position in 3bk flat. I will be leaving london soon for my new job location.

1 private spacious room in a flat located in 9th floor of falcon estate appartment building, Battersea park area, SW11. (1 min walk to clapham junction station and direct bus to Victoria).
Walkable distance for many cafes, gyms, asda, lydl, tesco.

Will be providing a sofa cum bed in a seperate room with racks, and some furniture but shared bathroom & furnished big kitchen (shared with 2people only.)
Parking facility is available for car & cycle. The estate also got small gym & swimming pool facilities for residents for free.

You will be sharing this flat with 2 young professionals - 26y female (architect) & 31 Male (post doc) . Nice flatmates who will be available for a chat during free time and they like cooking, playing sports and travelling.
Rent pcm is 667£ + deposit of 770£

Bills (including council tax) will be shared between us somewhere around 100£ per head for a month.
(Additional charges: one time charge of 50£ for adding name in tenancy contract).

The contract will go for another 15months with a 6month break clause.
