Looking for a flat mate to join our three bed flat in Battersea.
Our flatmate is unfortunately leaving and moving close to her boyfriend and we are looking for a third flat mate to replace her on the 6th of June!
The flat is approx 12min walk from Clapham Junction and 20 min walk from Clapham Common underground! It has a modern kitchen and bathroom and the double bedroom comfortably fits a desk.
Current flatmates are two young professionals 24 and 26 from Wales & Devon; would consider ourselves friendly and sociable, mostly tidy but not perfectly clean so do pay for a cleaner. Megan works Monday to Friday in the office and I work Tuesday-Saturday with a mix of office and WFH.
The rent is £980+ bills £100 the move in date is first week of June.
We’re looking for a flat mate that would join us to go for drinks, nights out, going for brunch, chill night in watching Netflix but equally appreciate each others space!
