Hey everyone,

I am (Mustafa) an easy going, friendly and respectable professional working in IT mostly from home but going to the office one day a week. Spend most of my evenings with friends, in the gym or play tennis. When at home, I like to cook and spend the evening relaxing.

My flat mate (Zsolt) is sadly relocating, and so a large double bedroom has become available to rent from the 21 June 2024. Moving in earlier is possible. The flat is located 4 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction station and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. The flat has a large living room and a separate small storage area. The room itself comes with its own en-suite bathroom & loo. The room has large windows and plenty of sunlight. The room is unfurnished but there is an option to purchase the furniture from my flat mate, which includes:
• Made king size bed with storage and Hyponos mattress
• Made desk and chair
• Made chest of drawers
• One free standing shelf
• Made double sofa bed
• Made triple wardrobe

Should you decide to decide to rent the room, I would ask you to confirm which furniture you would like to keep.

In terms of the costs, the rent is £1,200 per month. Bills including council tax, gas and electricity and BT broadband is roughly £100 per month. The tenancy is ending on the 21 September 2024 and the landlord had already confirmed that they will offer one year extension. The rent will not increase about the current RPI (4.3%) and this will be negotiable upon renewing.
