Hi! I’m Arthur and I’m looking to fill a double room in a lovely flat in Clapham Junction as my flatmate is moving to a different borough.

Move-in date: 29th of January. Minimum 1-year stay.

Bills: Internet, gas, electricity, water, and council tax total approximately £100-120 per person, per month.

Council Tax Band: E.
Room Description: Cosy room with a double bed, brand new double glazing windows and inbuilt electric heater. Under bed storage and space also available in the corridor for extra space.
Rent: £650 per month.

About Me
Full-time hospitality manager, typically working Mon-Fri 9-5. I enjoy working out after work, socializing in the evenings, and maintaining a tidy home. I love cooking and hope to share meals with flatmates.
Interests: Cozy chats, eating out, rollerblading, gym, music, reading, watching films, picnics, nights out, and more.

My other flatmate Lola is a teacher at a local secondary school, also working in person Monday-Friday. She also loves to socialise in the evenings, cook and have a chat over a cup of tea.

Looking For: Professionals preferred (ideally 25 and over) who value a clean, friendly home. Sharing similar interests is a bonus.
