Hi,

Our beloved flatmate is sadly leaving the country for pastures new.

The room for offer is the largest room in the flat.

The Flat:
Property is split level and consists of:
Upper Floor:
3x bedroom
1x bathroom

Lower Floor:
1x Large living space (see pictures)
1x additional toilet
1x washer dryer room

Property is on a 2 year rolling contract, up for renewal May 2025

Location:
We are right on Lavender road, a 2 minute walk from CJ Station, and easy access to all of the local supermarket, bars, etc

Flatmates:
Rhys - 25, Civil Servant working in Cyber. Interest include, board games, books, hiking, bouldering and other nerdy activities (because I am clearly so cool)

Henry - 26, Civil Service working in Net-Zero. Interest include squash, running, travel, climbing. (He's also a nerd)

About you:
Usual basics, of being a competent functional person.

Clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, relatively easy going and somewhat sociable (we try and host poker nights with friends)
