My name is Caroline. I'm an American theatre producer looking for a new roommate to join me on a one year lease for the two bed, one bath flat I’ve been living in for the past year.
Located on a lovely, quiet street, this lovely modern furnished flat is located just a five minute walk from Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and the bars, restaurants and shops on Northcote Rd. It’s truly a perfect place to live.
I am a 29 year old professional ideally looking for a female (though open to others) aged 25-35 who is working full time. very open to any moving abroad as I have bedding, kitchen ware etc.
Lease start date (flexible and earlier is possible): 28 August
Price: £1250 (approx) per month + utilities and council tax band D. Wifi, Water and Council Tax comes to about £75 + Gas and Electric which varies seasonally.
Please note that you will need a security deposit of approx 5 weeks rent plus will need to go through an affordability check which typically involves an employer reference. Sounds daunting but was generally an easy process last year. Landlords are very nice, responsive couple.
